Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At Styles For Tuffy, every product is carefully manufactured and inspected before dispatch. As our products are pet-use and hygiene-sensitive items, we maintain the following policy.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

Replacement Eligibility

A replacement may be approved only in the following situations:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Product damaged during transit

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Wrong size delivered by Styles For Tuffy

Replacement Request Timeline

Any replacement request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests raised after this period may not be eligible for review.

Required Proof

To process a replacement request, customers may be required to provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the issue

  • Description of the problem

  • Unboxing video (recommended, especially for transit damage claims)

Situations Not Covered

Replacement, return, or refund requests will not be approved for:

  • Change of mind

  • Pet not liking the product

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Minor color variations due to screen settings or photography

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by chewing, scratching, digging, washing, misuse, accidents, or improper handling

  • Requests made after the eligible claim period

Pet Apparel

Please refer to the size chart carefully before placing an order.

Size-related replacement requests will only be accepted if Styles For Tuffy ships a size different from the size ordered.

Customized Products

Customized, personalized, and made-to-order products are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Final Decision

Styles For Tuffy reserves the right to inspect all claims and determine eligibility for replacement. The final decision regarding any claim shall rest solely with Styles For Tuffy.

Exceptional Cases

In rare situations, Styles For Tuffy may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or another suitable resolution as a goodwill gesture.
